Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, he has deep roots in our community. Richard is a licensed life and health agent and chose this path because he really enjoys helping people. Health insurance can be very confusing, especially with the Health Care Reform Act changes. He specializes in Medicare Supplements as well as individual and family health plans.
Outside of the office he enjoys surfing, golfing, snowboarding, hiking, and anything outdoors.
